Job summary

Security Masters in Warsaw is seeking an Engineer in Tier 3 Support to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune. You will handle complex incidents, design solutions, and mentor juniors in a hybrid work setup.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (approx. 2 days remote, 3 days on-site), net salary from 8,500 to 14,000 PLN per month plus performance bonus, and a clear path for professional development with Microsoft 365 training and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud environment administration.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Experience in process automation using PowerShell and administrative scripting.
• Knowledge of security and compliance principles in Microsoft 365 environments.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and resolving complex incidents within Microsoft 365 environments
• Designing and implementing solutions in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
• Optimizing configurations and providing recommendations for clients
• Collaborating on migration and deployment projects
• Creating technical documentation and procedures for Tier 2 Support
• Providing consultations and mentoring to junior team members.
