Talentuno Technologies Sp. z o.o. poszukuje HR Business Partnera, który poprowadzi agenda HR dla wyznaczonych jednostek biznesowych. Do zadań należeć będą projekty zmian, komunikacja HR, oraz rozwijanie i utrzymanie talentów w firmie.

Wymagane jest magisterskie wykształcenie, biegła znajomość angielskiego i minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w HRBP. Oczekujemy proaktywnego podejścia, umiejętności pracy zespołowej i zdolności do budowania relacji wewnątrz firmy w dynamicznym środowisku.

Qualifications

• Wymagany tytuł magistra.
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego.
• Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w HRBP.
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami i zmianami.
• Dobra organizacja pracy i zarządzanie czasem.

ABOUT THIS JOB:

As HR Business partner, you will lead and manage the people related agenda at the assignedinternal clients and business units. Additionally, you will lead change management projects,manage HR related internal and external communications, share the responsibility for the goalsand targets delivery and you will play a key role in identifying, development and management ofthe company, high potential talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR practices and processes at the client's side
• Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
• Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
• Closely works with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit personally the key talents for the internal client
• Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees
• Conducts training needs analysis, identify and implement suitable programs to address the training gaps of the company
• Takes part in development and execution of career development programs and succession planning for employees in coordination with the division heads
• Organizes company's learning and development activities and ensures that plans meet current and future organization and associate needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters Degree
• You are fluent in English
• You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HRBP role
• You are a team player
• You have Project Management and Change Management Skills
• You have Strong Time Management Skills
• You have Problem Solving Skills
• You know Labor Law
