Job summary

Helprise is seeking an HR Technology Project Manager (AI and Automation) to drive end‑to‑end delivery of automation and AI use cases across HR. You will coordinate HR, IT, Data, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring disciplined delivery and successful implementation of defined solutions.

You will manage governance, risks, milestones and go‑live readiness, while collaborating with partners to meet quality, scope and schedule. This role offers flexible work options and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑system HR projects.
• Experience in HR digital transformation and enterprise technology delivery.
• Experience delivering automation or AI‑enabled solutions.
• Strong governance, RAID, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to work in a structured execution environment with defined scope.

Responsibilities

• Execute the AI & Automation delivery roadmap, ensuring timely and high‑quality implementation of all defined use cases.
• Drive project and program governance, including planning, milestones, RAID logs, steering updates and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Data, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks and blockers, escalating when needed and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of automation solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, DocuSign/Scrive, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
• Ensure readiness for go‑live, including testing, documentation, training, change management and cutover coordination.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners, ensuring they deliver according to scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress and report status, providing transparent updates to leadership and ensuring delivery discipline.
• Support adoption and operationalisation of implemented automation and AI solutions across HR teams.

As HR Technology Project Manager (AI and Automation) you will be responsible for executing this roadmap end‑to‑end - ensuring disciplined delivery, cross‑functional coordination and successful implementation of already‑defined solutions.

YOU WILL

• Strong experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, ideally in HR digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven track record of executing complex, multi‑system programs with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Understanding of HR Tech ecosystems, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
• Experience delivering automation or AI‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent governance and delivery skills - planning, RAID management, reporting, steering preparation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across HR, IT, Data and external partners.
• Ability to work in a structured, execution‑focused environment, where scope and approach are already defined.
• Comfort with fast‑paced delivery, multiple workstreams and iterative implementation.
