Job summary

JDE Peet's is seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to lead our HRIS ecosystem and deliver scalable HR tech solutions. You will collaborate with international teams to translate business needs into effective technology.

Responsibilities include system administration, data integrations, dashboards, and training for key users, with a focus on governance and process improvements. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms.
• Experience in system administration, governance, and user support.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives.
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance.
• Support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms.
• Manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions.
• Support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption.
