Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, and Qualtrics. You will collaborate with global teams to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives, while managing day-to-day operations and governance across HR platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in HR technology, strong governance, system administration skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms.
• Experience in system administration, governance, and user support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR technology solutions and HR systems.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives.
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance.
• Support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms.
• Manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions.
• Support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption.
