Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Poland is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions to drive governance, support day-to-day HR systems, and enable global teams.

You will collaborate across regions, administer user access, manage data integrations, build dashboards, and support releases and change management while training key users and optimizing HR processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or related role.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters or similar.
• Experience in system administration, governance and user support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and tech landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to work with international teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; fluent English.

• develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption

Qualifications

• minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role
• hands‑on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms
• experience in system administration, governance, and user support
• good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work effectively with international teams
• bachelor's or Master's degree
• fluent English, both written and spoken
