Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Warsaw is seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to join our global HRIS team. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR systems and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver governance, enhancements, and analytics.

The role requires 4+ years in HR technology, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics or SmartRecruiters, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or related role.
• Hands-on with major HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters.
• Experience in system administration, governance and user support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and tech landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR technology solutions including SAP SuccessFactors and Visier.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives.
• Manage and maintain HR systems and governance.
• Provide user training, resolve escalations, coordinate system requests.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Support system releases and process improvements.
