Miele Tehnica Romania is seeking an HR Systems Consultant to configure and continuously develop Workday across modules. You will own current and future Workday capabilities as it moves into operations, analyzing cross-module impacts and enabling new features like Talent Optimization and HR Case Management.

The role requires translating HR requirements into robust technical configurations, working with global teams, and communicating in English. Occasional travel to Germany is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration or similar HCM systems.
• Strong knowledge of configuration concepts in HCM cloud systems.
• Good understanding of dependencies between HR data model and configuration.
• Experience in supporting and enhancing HCM cloud solutions after implementation (Preferably Workday).
• Ability to translate functional HR requirements into sustainable technical configurations.
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Very good English language and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Germany approximately twice per year for 3–5 days each.
• Experience with HR Service Management or Case Management solutions (Workday Help or ServiceNow HRSD) is a plus.
