Miele in Poland is seeking a Workday configuration specialist to lead technical configuration and ongoing development of Workday modules, with focus on BP configurations and related components. You will own technical changes and collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless operation after deployment.

The role requires translating HR requirements into robust configurations, supporting new Workday capabilities, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration or similar HCM systems.
• Strong knowledge of configuration concepts and HR data model dependencies.
• Experience supporting and enhancing HCM cloud solutions after implementation (Workday preferred).
• Ability to translate functional HR requirements into sustainable technical configurations.
• Structured, analytical, independent work style; effective in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Very good English language and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Germany ~2x/year for 3–5 days.
• Experience with HR Service Management or Case Management solutions (Workday Help or ServiceNow HRSD) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Technical configuration and ongoing development of Workday, incl. business process configurations and related components.
• Technical ownership and further development of Workday modules after transition to operations.
• Analysis and implementation of cross-module changes and configuration dependencies.
• Technical support for new Workday capabilities (Talent Optimization, Learning, Recruiting Extensions, HR Case Management).
• Close collaboration with Integrations, Reporting, Security, Data Management, Development and Operations teams.
• Documentation and standardization of configurations, technical processes and handovers.
