Job summary

Miele is seeking an Integration Specialist to design, configure, and expand Workday integrations with third-party systems, with a strong emphasis on future global payroll platforms.

You will translate HR and payroll requirements into reliable integration solutions, work hands-on with Workday Integration Cloud, and support new modules within the global HR landscape. Travel to Germany is expected twice yearly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Integration Cloud or similar integration concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Web Services/APIs, or Core Connectors is a strong advantage.
• Experience with integrations between Cloud HCM platforms and third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in an international cross-functional environment.
• Very good English language and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to Germany approx. twice per year for 3–5 days each.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop integrations between Workday and third-party systems, focusing on global and regional payroll platforms.
• Translate HR and payroll requirements into reliable, scalable integration solutions.
• Work hands-on with Workday Integration Cloud and related technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Support integration of new Workday modules and HR apps into the global HR landscape.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of integrations for Miele's global payroll transformation.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during implementation and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Workday teams, payroll experts, IT teams, vendors and partners.
• Help standardize and document Miele's global HR integration landscape.
• Support existing integrations while focusing on new implementations and development.

Job description

Your responsibilities:

• - design, configure and further develop integrations between Workday and third-party systems, with a particular focus on future global and regional payroll platforms;
• - translate functional HR and payroll requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions;
• - work hands-on with Workday Integration Cloud and relevant integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs and payroll-related integration frameworks;
• - support the integration of new Workday modules and HR applications into the global HR system landscape;
• - participate in the design and implementation of integrations related to Miele's ongoing global payroll transformation;
• - perform testing, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during implementation and stabilization of new integrations;
• - collaborate closely with Workday functional teams, payroll experts, internal IT teams, external vendors and implementation partners;
• - contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and documentation of Miele's global HR integration landscape;
• - support existing integrations where required, while the main focus of the role remains on new implementations and further development.
