Job summary

The Volvo Group Poland is seeking an HR Application Development Specialist to configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform. You will join a global, Agile Scrum team working with Business Analysts, HR Developers and stakeholders to deliver HR services.

In this role you’ll participate in sprint activities, investigate capabilities, develop stories for the sprint, test configurations and run information sessions for HR teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and customization.
• Ability to participate in sprint activities and define stories.
• Knowledge of HR processes and HR landscape.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analysing and clarifying stories raised by stakeholders.
• Conduct technical investigation on product possibilities.
• Support Product Owner in road map preparation.
• Create and configure HR services and other components in ServiceNow.
• Test.
• Run Service Now HR Application information sessions.
• Advise during meetings with business stakeholders.
• Raising tickets to ServiceNow vendor and help resolve issues.
• Participate in Scrum team activities.

We’re working with global implementation, development and maintenance of Service Now HRSD application, ranging from case management, knowledge management and document management to service management/portal and workflows. We work as Agile based Scrum team.

As HR Application Development Specialist you will be mainly responsible for configuration and customization of Service Now HRSD application.

Your future role includes active participation in all sprint activities, technical investigations regarding application capabilities, development of stories chosen for the sprint and acting as Service Now HR Application consultant.

You will be part of Product team and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, HR Application Developers, Subject Matter Experts and Leaders and various stakeholders globally.

What will you exactly do?

• Participate in analysing and clarifying stories raised by the stakeholders,
• Conduct technical investigation on product possibilities,
• Support Product Owner in preparation of the road map (research of new features, implementation, training, go live),
• Create and configure HR services and other components in ServiceNow,
• Test,
• Run Service Now HR Application information sessions,
• Advise during meetings with business stakeholders,
• Raising tickets to ServiceNow vendor and participation in resolving platform issues,
• Participate in Scrum team activities.
