Job summary

Volvo Group Poland is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support the SuccessFactors platform, including Employee Central and related modules. You will work with HR systems professionals in a Swedish-inspired, agile environment, contributing to global HR processes and ensuring smooth data flows across systems.

People Platforms team is a part of Global Center within Volvo Group People and Culture - People Services organization. We are 20 people big and split in 2 groups. One of them consists of professionals being a part of SuccessFactors product team - here is the place waiting for you.

You will join the stable team taking care of SuccessFactors’ solution. There is a great opportunity to join the group working on Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting modules and also our digital adoption platform – WalkMe.

Nice to have

• Experience with the implementation of any HR solutions
• Experience in SAP HR solution

• Good knowledge in modules other than Employee Central
• Certification in Employee Central module
