Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a skilled Workday Integration Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio. The role requires strong expertise in Workday Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF) and managing inbound/outbound interfaces with data governance.

You will support incident management, integration monitoring, and contribute to a global HR tech team, interacting with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
• Strong experience in building, maintaining and troubleshooting Workday Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF).
• Experience in providing support for Workday inbound/outbound integration issues and changes to existing and new integrations.
• Experience in incident management and integration monitoring with focus on data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management and integration monitoring (AMS activities).
• Design and develop new integration systems for Workday.
• Perform Workday administrative functions related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.

Job description

ING Hubs Poland is hiring! The expected salary for this position: 17 300 - 24 000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• ability to Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
• strong experience in building, maintaining and troubleshooting Workday Payroll integrations (PECI,PICOF)
• experience in providing support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and new integrations
• experience in performing routine break/fix support and regression testing of inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware
• ability to understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
• experience in providing support for incident management and integration monitoring
• full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Integration
• experience with Workday Extend module - development of new applications and maintenance of existing solutions

Your responsibilities

• Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management and integration monitoring (AMS activities).
• Design and develop new integration systems.
