DataArt is seeking an HR Specialist for Krakow on a fixed-term contract (1 year). The role focuses on employee communications, onboarding/offboarding, culture monitoring, and HR administrative duties, with office-based work at Krakow and occasional remote work allowed.

You will collaborate with HR and PR, conduct exit interviews, maintain HR records, and support brand awareness initiatives in a multinational software engineering environment.
