• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR services or shared services.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with payroll compliance and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the HR Services team in daily operations and ensure performance and engagement.
• Manage workload, priorities, and serve as escalation point for HR issues.
• Mentor team members and identify training needs to develop skills.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to exit.
• Ensure accurate HR data management and compliance with policies and payroll requirements.
• Handle HR queries from employees and managers in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support initiatives.
• Work with HR teams, managers and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain effective communication and promptly resolve operational issues.

We are looking for HR Services Team Leader to oversee our HR Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will drive efficient HR operations, guide team members in their daily activities, and support transitions and process improvements. You will act as the main escalation point for operational HR matters while fostering the growth and development of your team.
