Sonova Group in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Platforms Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operation, governance and continuous improvement of our web and eCommerce platforms across brands including Phonak, Unitron and Hansaton.

AsSenior Digital Platforms Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable day-to-day operation, governance and continuous improvement of Sonova’s web and eCommerce platforms across brands including Phonak, Unitron and Hansaton.
You’ll lead the integration of content management (CM), digital asset management (DAM), CRM and ERP connections to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences. Working closely with Marketing, IT, UX/UI, Analytics and external partners, you will drive the website and eCommerce roadmap while ensuring strong operational performance and an excellent customer journey.
