Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across their operations and supply chain. Senior Operations Business Analyst (2nd shift)

As a Senior Operations Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data‑driven decisions across our operations and supply chain functions. You will work on complex, enterprise‑level challenges, applying advanced analytics, modeling, and business insights to improve forecasting, inventory management, and operational performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership to define strategies, develop analytical tools, and deliver impactful insights that influence key business outcomes. You will also mentor other analysts and contribute to building a strong analytics capability within the organization.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

What You'll Do

• Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows.
• Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision‑making.
• Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs.
• Support senior leadership by preparing executive‑level presentations and facilitating business reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.
• Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work on 2nd shift, covering US working hours (start around 1 pm).
• Very good English language.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.
• Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.
