Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Kraków is seeking a motivated HR Administration student to join our office-based team, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the Kraków office.

You will handle employee records, Workday maintenance, benefits administration, payroll liaison, reporting and data analysis, and you will use strong English and Excel skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Student of minimum 2nd year in Administration or HR.
• Available to work 40 hours/week.
• Very good English (min B2).
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee cycle processes and maintain HR system (Workday).
• Maintain employee files.
• Support benefits administration (health, life, social fund, pension and invoices).
• Maintain employees' working time and absences.
• Coordinate with payroll on compensation changes.
• Manage queries in HR mailbox (Outlook).
• Perform reporting and data analysis.
• Archive personnel files.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Ad hoc tasks per HR calendar.
