Merck Group in Poland is seeking an HR Services & Resolution Specialist to provide personnel administration and employee lifecycle support for our Swiss operations. You will ensure high data accuracy across records, monitor data entry, update work instructions, and handle queries while partnering with coordinators, team leads, and HR partners.

This hybrid role requires 1–2 years in HR administration or shared services, fluent German, good English, and experience with HR systems like Employee

YOUR ROLE

In your role as an HR Services & Resolution Specialist, you will deliver personnel administration and employee lifecycle support for our Swiss operations. You will ensure high data accuracy across employee records, monitor data entry procedures, update work instructions, and handle queries promptly. Working alongside coordinators, team leads, and HR partners, you will support administrative tasks, assist with audit requests, and help drive continuous process improvements. Work model: 2 days per week from the office in Wrocław.

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a Shared Services environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good command in English

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline
