EY GDS Poland is seeking an HR Service Specialist focused on Workday to support employees and managers across the lifecycle and deliver first-line HR advisory services. You will use Workday or other HR systems to process transactions, maintain data and resolve requests in a timely manner.
The role requires 2–3 years of HR Operations experience, fluency in English, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Łódź with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
