Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Kraków is seeking an HR Customer Service Associate to support inquiries via phone, email, webchat and HR portal, and to assist with onboarding, paid time off and payroll questions as part of a hybrid team.

You will work closely with the Global HR Operations Lead, handle data entry in SuccessFactors and SAP HR, resolve routine HR procedure questions, and contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, while following a fixed 2nd shift schedule

Qualifications

• Excellent English: C1 minimum, read, write and speak.
• +6 months of previous experience in similar role in Customer Service required.
• Adaptability and attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Service Now or other HR systems.
• Availability to follow a fixed shift schedule - 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Explain how to use the online HR systems, HR portal, view paystub
• Investigate more complex cases
• Respond to inquiries including HR procedure, health and wellness benefits, pension, and verification of employment
• Support daily HR inquiries with exceptional customer service at all HR Service request channels
• Perform basic HR transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
• Initiate and support all global onboarding tasks
• Guide employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies
• Help with administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintain information systems, prepare appropriate documentation, and process necessary paperwork
• Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and lessons learned
