Strada is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage Polish payroll operations for a global workforce. You will handle payroll preparation, salary calculations, and statutory reporting, while aligning processes with local regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Polish payroll, strong Polish payroll knowledge, fluent English, and solid MS Office skills. The role offers remote work options and benefits to support your growth.

HR & Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll)

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing payroll lists, following polish payroll calendar
• Calculating salaries
• Preparing PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS
• Updating and maintaining procedures and documentation related to the payroll process in accordance with instructions
• Participating in interesting payroll-related projects

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of experience in polish payroll-related position
• Very good knowledge of polish payroll regulations
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Familiarity with Płatnik software
• Ability to think analytically and work in a team
• Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset
