Job summary

Strada in Poland seeks an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to partner with clients, capture payroll requirements, guide workshops, configure solutions, and ensure compliance with Polish regulations.

You will own testing phases (SIT/UAT/parallel runs), data mapping and migration, and oversee go-live activities, collaborating with local and global teams to deliver on-time milestones while maintaining strict confidentiality and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with involvement in 3+ SAP HCM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll regulations and HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication and client focus.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.

Role SAP Payroll Implementation Lead - Poland

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
• Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
• Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information.
