Job summary

Genpact is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the Germany & Austria market. The role requires solid HR experience and fluent German (C1). You will independently manage onboarding, evaluations, benefits, documentation, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a hybrid work model (one day per week in the office) with access to professional training, private medical care, life insurance, and additional benefits.

We are currently looking for the HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate has solid professional experience in HR and communicates confidently in German at a minimum C1 level. You will work for Germany & Austria market.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional who can independently manage responsibilities and contribute to efficient planning operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in alignment with company policies.
• Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and track employee development and training programs to foster professional growth.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German & English.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, contract administration, employee documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workloads effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling sensitive employee data and official documentation.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
