Job summary

ENGIE Poland is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and training administration across multiple entities in Poland. The role is based in Katowice with a hybrid work model and 20% travel.

You will standardize processes, ensure labor law compliance, collaborate with IT, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, and report to the Country HR Director while driving employee lifecycle excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HR operations with a specialization of HR Administration and Payroll, or similar field.
• University degree in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administration, payroll, recruitment.
• Previous experience with recruitment and/ or training administration represents a plus.
• Strong experience with HR systems.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR administration and payroll team.
• Standardize and optimize HR processes across entities in Poland.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
• Oversee recruitment operations and training administration.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Ethics & Compliance and external providers.
• Maintain relationships with labor authorities and report to management.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management.
• Coordinate HRBP collaboration with GBU connections.
