LEO Pharma is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to deliver high-quality HR operational support for dedicated markets. You will work with ServiceNow and HR systems to ensure accurate data handling in line with global and local requirements.

Based in Gdańsk, you will help managers and employees navigate HR processes and contribute to continuous improvements across HR operations. We value accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive, service-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations/administration, or a similar process-driven HR environment.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, changes, benefits, leave, offboarding).
• Insights into HR data platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data/documentation.
• Fluency in English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operations support for dedicated markets, including inquiries, time and attendance, payroll questions, and lifecycle processes.
• Update and maintain HR systems and employee records per global/local processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, letters, and HR documentation.
• Support benefits administration, leave, sickness, time off, service awards, and related processes.
• Monitor and resolve worker/manager queries in ServiceNow with timely, customer-focused service.
• Support payroll processes by collecting input and performing internal controls.
• Assist data quality activities and maintain knowledge articles for markets.
