Job summary

Testronic, a global QA leader, is hiring a Junior HR Specialist for its Warsaw team. You will support HR administration, payroll data handling for civil-law contractors, and employment documentation to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and other departments, providing practical HR experience and growth in a dynamic, international games company. Fluency in Polish and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and very good English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR and payroll administration for individuals on civil-law contracts.
• Collect and verify data for remuneration, benefits and contractor entitlements.
• Maintain HR and payroll records accurately in systems.
• Prepare certificates and reports related to contractor engagements.
• Support HR processes across the team and ensure compliance.
