Testronic is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Warsaw HR team on an 18-month fixed term contract. You will manage HR administration and payroll, turn HR data into practical reports for managers, shape pay and benefits, and simplify HR processes across the business.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR operations, strong knowledge of labor law, and excellent Excel/Power BI skills. You will partner with managers in a multicultural, games-industry environment and support payroll

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administration.
• Experience in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking.
• Good analytical skills and hands-on experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Experience implementing or improving HR systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI is a strong advantage).
• Clear communication and the confidence to partner with managers.
• English at B2/C1 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• HR administration and payroll processes ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
• Collect and check payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain personnel records and employment documents; manage HR policies for staff.
• Create HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
• Design compensation and benefits programs and benchmark salaries.
• Automate HR processes and collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and managers on analytics projects.
