## HR ManagerApplyremote type: Hybridlocations: Poznantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R3405**Your responsibilities*** acting as a strong business and sparring partner to the Local Leadership, proactively supporting managers and employees;* deliver HR services from A to Z in line with the local HR operating model;* driving development and implementation of business strategies with regard to people, culture and organization (e.g. organizational design, workforce planning, leadership & people development, transformation programs, change management, ways of working) and actively contributing to achieving business objectives and targets;* driving transitions of HR processes to SSC and being in-country manager of employees handling these processes;* being a first contact point for overarching local HR aspects such as Comp&Ben and Labour law issues;* set up an effective strategy/roadmap/calendar with a 360 degree annual HR cycle incl. all major HR topics;* effectively collaborate with the other parties in the cluster/regional/global HR organization;* implement and continuously improve HR processes, practices and tools, considering both global and local standards (e.g. Performance and Talent Mgmt / Learning&Development / Recruitment / Salary structure and bonus system / Payroll / Travel / Time Mgmt).**Our requirements*** several years of HR expertise, preferably as HR Manager;* good written and oral communication in Polish and English (min.
