Job summary

Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the SmartRecruiters platform within the HR IT landscape.

You will drive development, stability, and integrations across HR systems, working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. You will manage the full product lifecycle—from implementation to releases—gathering requirements, coordinating vendors, SLAs and testing, and driving automation and AI adoption within Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, HR IT, or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Understanding of APIs, HR system integrations, and data flows.
• Agile delivery experience (Jira / Azure DevOps).
• Fluent English.
• German is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset.

• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding).
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Coordinate vendors, SLAs, testing, incidents, and escalations.
• Monitor interfaces, system performance, and recruiting data flows.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and digitalization within Talent Acquisition processes.
• Support onboarding, training, and change management activities.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Join the HR IT team at Lufthansa Group Business Services and take ownership of the SmartRecruiters platform within our global HR technology landscape.
