Job summary

Michael Page in Poland is seeking an IT HR Applications Lead to own and optimise global HR systems, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and ongoing HRIS enhancements. You will collaborate with HR and IT to translate business needs into functional requirements and coordinate external implementation partners.

Job Description

• Act as the IT point of contact for Global HR applications.
• Coordinate external implementation partners responsible for system configuration and solution delivery.
• Support and continuously improve the existing SAP HCM Organizational Management solution.
• Contribute to the implementation and international rollout of a new global HR platform supporting approximately 3,500 users.
• Work closely with Global HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between HR, IT teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, issue resolution and implementation activities.
• Ensure reliable system operation, data quality and consistency of global HR processes.
• Manage and coordinate HR IT projects and change requests.
• Support adoption of new HR technology solutions across international business units.
• Cooperate with local teams responsible for payroll and time management processes when required.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with HR systems, HR technology or HRIS solutions.
• Experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or another global HR platform.
• Previous involvement in an HR system implementation, rollout or major enhancement programme.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology environments.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with HR stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Willingness to work from the office in Czeladź three days per week.
