Citi Handlowy is seeking an IT Project Manager in a hybrid role based in Poland. You will develop detailed IT work plans, budgets, and schedules while interfacing with senior stakeholders to report status and drive project success.

The role demands strong leadership across HR processes, HR projects, and production support with a focus on delivering value and process improvements within Citi Handlowy’s technology teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in a related technology role.
• 6+ years of experience with HR processes and the technology used to support them.
• 6+ years of experience in leading HR projects and technology teams.
• 6+ years of experience in overseeing production support.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with senior project staff and senior internal stakeholders regarding the status of projects.
• Recommends and oversees process improvements.
• Drives considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provides expertise in the relevant domain and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
• Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services.
