Bull is seeking an HR Generalist to join its Human Resources team in Poland. You will manage the employee lifecycle, ensure HR processes comply with labor law and SLAs, and partner with payroll providers and authorities to support HR operations.
Key duties include handling hiring, changes and terminations, managing absences and working time, coordinating payroll data, administering benefits and recognition programs, and advising managers on HR policy and compliance. Fluent English is required.
