Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an HR Administration Assistant in Wroclaw to support the HR department with data management and process documentation. You will manage HR systems, maintain knowledge bases, and deliver onboarding trainings to new joiners.

You will also act as a buddy to new colleagues and participate in transition projects. The role requires German and English proficiency (B2), strong MS Office skills, and experience in HR or Shared Service environments.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Human Resources or related field, or comparable qualifications with practical experience.
• Very good command of German (min. B2) and at least intermediate English (min. B2).
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge/experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• General administration support to HR department in data management via remote channels (e-mail, ticketing system, MSTeams, SAP).
• General data maintenance in HR systems.
• Preparation and ownership of process documentation.
• Administration of HR Knowledge Base (updates and monitoring of content related to FAQs, policies and procedures).

• Being the point of contact and process coach (Buddy) for new colleagues and stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• General administration support to the HR department in data management process areas, delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, MSTeams, SAP)
• General data maintainance in HR systems
• Preparation and ownership of process documentation
• Administration of HR Knowledge Base (i.e. maintenance, updates and monitoring of content related to frequently asked questions, HR policies and procedures)

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Human Resources or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
• Very good command of the German language (min. B2 level)
• At least intermediate command of the English language (min. B2 level)
• Familarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (i.e. SAP) or willingness to become familiar with new tools
• Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment
• Experience in project work related i.e. to system implementation and transitions is considered as a strong asset
• Organizational talent with strong skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
• Able to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
• Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
