Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR analytics or people analytics
• Experience with large datasets
• SQL or Python knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify patterns and improvement areas
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and business stakeholders
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to define KPIs and answer key questions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across HR systems
• Support advanced analytics use cases (predictive insights, skills analysis, workforce planning)
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and presentations
• Continuously improve HR reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities
