• Consult and collaborate with HR leadership to identify key metrics and reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize workforce data trends.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover insights related to talent acquisition, retention, and performance.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data across various systems and platforms.
• Support the implementation of HR data solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and accessible manner to diverse stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience in HR analytics, data interpretation, and HR information systems.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced skills in data manipulation using SQL, Excel, and statistical software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Familiarity with employment data privacy standards and compliance.
