Job summary

Mysushishop is seeking an HR Analyst in Wroclaw to drive compensation analytics, market benchmarking, and reporting across international markets. You will transform data into insights to support fair, transparent and competitive reward practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis and translating data into business insights.
• Very good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Participate in salary review and compensation planning processes.
• Conduct market benchmarking activities and participate in salary surveys, including Korn Ferry studies.
• Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and bonus schemes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
• Consolidate and analyze HR data from multiple markets to support compensation-related decision-making.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports supporting Compensation, Pay Equity and Pay Transparency initiatives, including CompaRatio and benchmarking analyses.
• Prepare compensation analyses, reports and insights, ensuring data accuracy and report quality.

Requirements for Candidate

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or related analytical role,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets,
• Experience in reporting, data analysis and translating data into business insights,
• Very good Excel skills,
• Very good English, both written and spoken,
• High attention to detail and data accuracy,
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment with changing priorities and ad hoc requests.
