Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our People Science & Analytics team. You will analyze complex compensation data, generate insights, and develop analytical products, reports, and models to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

In this role you will drive market salary benchmarking, support salary review cycles, and contribute to pay equity analyses. You will partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and build dashboards while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compensation, FP&A, finance, consulting, or other analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and draw meaningful conclusions from complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query).
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate different approaches, and proactively propose solutions.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation and employee data with discretion.
• English — B2 level.
