Job summary

Hitachi Kraków is seeking an HR Advisor for an 18-month temporary role focused on Employee Life Cycle & Offboarding across the EMEA region. You will manage HR requests, coordinate lifecycle events, and ensure data accuracy and a great employee experience.

Fluency in Polish, Ukrainian and English is required, with collaboration across HR Partners, Payroll, Legal and managers to resolve queries and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR requests via the AskHR Portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and offboarding across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, Legal, and managers to resolve queries.
