Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensure policy compliance, and handle sensitive employee data in a fast‑moving environment.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), collaborate across regions, and contribute to HR projects while using English and French daily. This role offers onboarding trainings, career development, and a broad benefits program.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role with understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Your IMPACT:

HR Administration Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and facilitating effective communication within the HR team. This role requires proficiency in both English and French and involves handling sensitive employee information while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.

  • English and French advanced language skills and proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
