We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team and assist in managing employment and personal paper documents, including working with sensitive data across various systems (local and global). The role will involve utilizing the Microsoft Office package, collaborating within a team and demonstrating flexibility in transitioning between tasks, which may include physical archiving on-site and online data management. Attention to detail, customer focus, effective communication and sensitivity are essential in this role, as it involves regular interaction with employees both face-to-face and online.
Please take into account that if you are not a Polish citizen, we will need the following documents: “Karta Pobytu” TRC with positive decision/student visa, passport, confirmation from your University in Poland that you are a current student and a PESEL number.
