Job summary

PTT Consulting is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software products in the regulated gaming sector. This full-time, remote role requires a strong background in QA processes and a meticulous attention to detail.

You will design tests, create test cases, execute functional and regression tests, and collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports and test documentation
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through to resolution
• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinating and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders
• Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the gaming industry

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to write clear and detailed bug reports and test documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in the regulated gaming industry
• Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman)
