Responsibilities

Lead and manage a technology organization across Warsaw and Prague.
Define the technology strategy for European core payment processing platforms.
Partner with Product to build a stable roadmap and ensure delivery quality and pace.
Own multi-year migration programme to move to go-forward platforms.
Interact with boards and joint ventures to align technology strategy with business goals.
