Capgemini is seeking a Head of L&D CIS to define and drive the learning and upskilling strategy across CIS countries. You will lead a transformation agenda, align with global assets, and promote a One Capgemini mindset while overseeing a team of under 10 professionals.

The role emphasizes leadership development, compliance, and industry upskilling, with a focus on AI-enabled transformation and global efficiency. Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of business experience, with 10+ years in Learning & Development at scale or HR/talent development.
• Experience presenting to business executive boards.
• Understanding and implementing technology upskilling programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define a cohesive learning strategy and annual outcomes for CIS capability building.
• Contribute to groupwide learning initiatives and evolve the digital learning stack.
• Accountable for end‑to‑end development and delivery of CIS programs.
• Promote a unified One Capgemini mindset across CIS and groups.
• Budget consolidation and efficiency for the CIS learning budget.
• People management of the CIS teams within the global learning operating model.
