Job summary

PLVision is building a learning system to onboard, upskill, and develop leaders across the organization. You will own the learning roadmap, partnering with HR and department heads to translate commitment into practical, measurable programs.

AI will help draft and organize learning materials while human judgment guides implementation. The role focuses on onboarding, technical upskilling, and leadership development, with a hands-on, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in learning and development (or talent development with real program ownership).
• Able to run this as a "team of one" with planning, facilitation, writing, buying, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and take ownership of delivery.
• Design onboarding, technical upskilling, leadership programs.
• Leverage AI to draft and organize learning materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, HR, and department leads.
• Measure adoption and learning impact with simple metrics.
• Own the L&D budget and select platforms/trainers based on value.
