Speedixa Sp. z o.o. w Polsce poszukuje Lidera Zespołu Spedycji na stanowisko Head of Forwarding Department. Twoje zadanie to tworzenie i rozwijanie zespołu spedytorów oraz zarządzanie procesami logistycznymi zgodnie z kulturą firmy.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i zarządzaniu zespołem w branży TSL.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2.
• Wykształcenie wyższe (logistyka, transport lub zarządzanie).
• Doświadczenie z giełdami transportowymi.
• Zorientowanie na wyniki i rozwój osobisty.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie i rozwijanie zespołu spedytorów oraz zarządzanie zespołem zgodnie z kulturą firmy.
• Motywowanie zespołu, rozwój pracowników i kontrola zadań.
• Realizacja planów sprzedaży w zakresie usług spedycyjnych.
• Budowanie długoterminowej współpracy z klientami i kontrahentami.
• Analiza postępów pracy z poszczególnymi klientami.
