Speedixa Sp. z o.o. w Poznaniu poszukuje lidera zespołu spedycji na stanowisko Head of Forwarding Department / Team Leader.

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało tworzenie i rozwijanie zespołu oraz realizacja planów sprzedażowych w zakresie usług forwardingowych, a także ścisła współpraca z biznesem w celu kształtowania kierunku rozwoju firmy. Wymagania to doświadczenie w budowaniu i zarządzaniu zespołem w branży TSL, min.

Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i zarządzaniu zespołem w branży TSL.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2.
• Wykształcenie wyższe (logistyka, transport lub zarządzanie).
• Doświadczenie w pracy z giełdami transportowymi.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie zespołu spedytorów, rozwijanie go i zarządzanie nim zgodnie z kulturą organizacyjną firmy.
• Motywowanie pracowników, rozwijanie ich umiejętności i kontrola realizacji zadań.
• Planowanie sprzedaży w zakresie usług forwardingowych i realizacja celów.
