Job summary

Spedman Global Logistics in Gdynia, Poland is seeking an experienced FTL/LTL Road Freight Forwarder to join the team. You will source transport orders, organize domestic and international road shipments, and develop a portfolio of customers and carriers.

The role requires knowledge of FTL/LTL markets, ability to negotiate rates, and proficiency with freight exchanges such as Trans.eu or TIMOCOM. You will work with an independent and proactive approach in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Road Freight Forwarder, in domestic or international FTL/LTL.
• Ability to build customer and carrier relationships and win new business.
• Knowledge of freight exchanges such as Trans.eu or TIMOCOM and TSL market.

Your Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Road Freight Forwarder, ideally in domestic or international FTL/LTL.
• Strong commercial mindset and motivation to win new business.
• Good knowledge of freight exchanges such as Trans.eu or TIMOCOM and the TSL market.
• Communicative English or another foreign language for international operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Independence, resilience, and excellent work organization.
