Job summary

ID Logistics Polska is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract logistics for key customers across Poland. You will report to the Contract Management Director and collaborate with site managers, operations and the managing director to ensure profitability, service levels and client satisfaction.

The role requires English fluency, at least five years in contract logistics, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in business administration, sales, logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract logistics/transportation.
• Legal and cost analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Contract Management Director and work with Site Managers, Operations Director and Managing Director.
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive value, improvements, new ideas and innovation.
• Coordinate profitability with Operations; monitor tariffs and budget execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitable turnover and support tenders.
• Ensure service level aligns with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Lead regular operational and strategic reviews with the customer.
• Assess contract risk, renegotiate clauses, and alert management when needed.
• Negotiate contract renewals.
• Prepare cost-reduction projects and continuous improvement actions.
• Define and monitor plans to raise service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Lead key projects for the customer and transversal initiatives across sites.
• Facilitate efficient communication between customer and company departments.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will report to the Contract Management Director and work very closely with Site Managers, Operations Director and Managing Director
• Ensure the client satisfaction, bringing value added, improvements, new ideas and innovation
• Ensure and develop profitability of the customer in coordination with Operations, follow financial performance & execution of budget, ensure appropriate tariffs
• Increase profitable turnover with customers, proactively looking for new opportunities and supporting tenders
• Control that service level matches contractual commitment & customer’s expectations
• Ensure / pilot regular operational and strategic reviews with customer
• Evaluate the level of risk in the contracts, renegotiate clauses exposing company to risk and alert management in case of need
• Negotiate the contracts’ renewing
• Prepare defensive and cost reduction projects as well as continuous improvement actions
• Define & monitor action plans targeted to increase service level agreement and customer satisfaction
• Lead key projects connected with the customer, handle transversal projects within the company locally or internationally
• Ensure an efficient communication between customer and company’s departments, and amongst several sites if needed

Requirements

• Preferably a degree qualification in related fields: business administration, sales, logistics, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in contract logistics and transportation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building internal and commercial relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
