Qualifications

• 10-15 years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years managing managers
• Deep hands-on experience in supply chain/inventory/logistics software
• Fintech or regulated industry experience
• Strong backend engineering for data-intensive systems
• Proven large-scale system design experience
• Experience leading 20+ member engineering orgs

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for inventory and logistics tools and repair management software.
• Lead an engineering organization of approximately 25 engineers including managers, QA, SRE and Data Engineering.
• Drive platformisation of inventory and supply chain systems for trustworthy, consistent data across millions of terminals.
• Bridge operational practice with software systems by building disciplined solutions.
• Define architecture standards, processes and quality metrics across squads.
• Collaborate with business and operational stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Hire, mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers to support growth to 30+ members.
